3. What kind of work do you do?

   We specialize in a wide-range of projects that range from additions, to designing and building luxury, custom homes.

4. Do I have to worry about contracting with electricians, plumbers, or carpenters ?

   We will successfully manage all phases of the project. As needed, we also work with trusted partners, who are licensed and insured.

5. What about zoning and permits?

   We will acquire all of the necessary zoning requirements and permits that are needed to complete your project.

6. Do you provide a warranty on your work?

   We do provide a 1 year workmanship warranty on all of our builds.

7. What makes you different then other builders?

8. Who will be managing my project?

   At LivWell Homes we have a sophisticated system of managing our jobs by a team of trained specialists. Every job is assigned a Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Job Coordinator. Each Specialists will be assigned specific tasks ranging from job site-management to scheduling and material selection interaction. It is impossible to ensure the high standards that we demand in our projects without the constant attention of an entire coordinated team. 

9. Are design services available?

   Yes, our dedicated team can assist you in bringing your vision to reality. Incorporating cost-saving design elements and optimizing layout for optimal energy efficiency is a priority. 

10. What kind of specialized education do you have?

    I am a licensed builder and hold a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. I have a special interest in environmental medicine, the science of building, and hold a certification in ICF construction. Materials used in building your home can have a dramatic effect on your health. From interior air quality and mold control, to removal of potentially toxic materials that are all too often used in standard construction.
